I'm back from a brief hiatus due to a pretty nasty corneal abrasion. It's good to be painting again.

It was Strawberry Day at school. The Art club holds various fruit sales during the year to pay for the annual field trip.

This is the gold foil wrapper off of my favorite childhood candy, Ice Cubes. I'm surprised that it's as good as I remember. I found them at Wegmans in the Bulk Candy section and bought two pounds.

This is a painting of a muddy construction site in New York City. I'm not sure that there is enough visual information to even read it that way but I loved the composition and the subtle colors.

This is a house that I came across in a few years back along the Interstate. What struck me about it was the starkness of, well, everything. Even the sky was featureless.
